Recipes, ingredient detection, cooking times, quantities, and suggestions in Cook AI are generated entirely by artificial intelligence. They are provided for inspiration and convenience and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unsuitable suggestions.
By using Cook AI, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may be imperfect and accept full responsibility for how you use the recipes in your kitchen.
Cook AI does not provide medical, dietary, therapeutic, or nutritional advice. Any nutritional estimates shown in the app are approximations generated by AI and are not suitable for use in medical decision-making.
If you have food allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, or any health condition that affects what you can eat, consult a qualified healthcare professional or registered dietitian before following any recipe. You are solely responsible for determining whether a recipe is safe and appropriate for your circumstances.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice where circumstances require it.
Cook AI, including its name, logo, design, source code, AI models, and all in-app content, is owned by or licensed to Skaly Consulting and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of Cook AI without our written permission.
Recipes generated for your personal use may be used freely in your own cooking. The underlying app, brand, and technology remain our exclusive property. You retain ownership of any content you create outside the app (such as personal recipe notes stored in your own notes app).
Cook AI is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
